Repair Label

Clients are responsible for shipping costs (round-trip shipping) for repairs.

You may purchase a prepaid insured label through us for $40, or you can send the goods your own.

If you want to label through us, please let us know your address and phone number.

Make sure to pack the jewelry safely and in its box and packaging with certification.

When we receive your package, we'll repair your necklace and send the goods.
